It mostly started with her getting really close to a group of "fans" she met over valorant. She joined their discord and would prioritize that group over her actual fanbase. She'd cut streams short to play with the "Valoguard" and her content would be tailored towards whatever they said rather than what her fans wanted.
I think the absolute worst thing she did though that probably pissed the most people off was her april fools "prank." The valoguard convinced her to stop doing ASMR, and after a year or so she announced she'd be doing a return to it on April 1 with a succubus theme. People were excited. She got showered in hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in the prechat and when the time came... nothing. Sure, maybe she was late. People kept donating, though... for six hours. And then when she finally went live, she called the people waiting losers, threw up a picture of a middle finger and shilled some new merch.
