If I had to guess why they didn't fire or otherwise punish her for it yet, my guess is that they're waiting for her to publish her MV, so that the artist(s) she commissioned would not be obligated to refund her the commission costs. If their reason for not punishing her for Yacht Tax evasion is something else, I cannot fathom what the reason might be.

She claims that she doesn't do ASMR streams because her binaural mic can pick up her family's sounds through the walls. If she's away from home (or streams using her regular mic), she will not have this problem.
And she knows her fans want her to do spicy and lewd ASMR streams.
