Engagement is measured as an average of all your tweets, so if you post too much mundane/stupid stuff that doesn't get clicks, it can lower your visibility in the algorithm. Astel said he may only post streams from now on, and it seems he can't get a sub account due to certain rules (I'm guessing because he already has one, the Star Animals account).
