I just saw this on my twitter feed earlier. It's so weird how people think female fans are so complicated and complex to appeal to when there's really not much you need to even do. Boys from all 3 companies do it fine in their own unique ways. All we really need is a little bit of acknowledgment that we exist. I personally think Holostars should have stayed on the path of "bro" pandering since their existing audience are mostly men and the women who watch them (from what I've seen) enjoy the "bros being bros" experience too. It's great that Astel is actually speaking up about this.

He isn't the only one in the sense that several others bring up how hard it is to get the group together or how there isn't enough money or audience to do things.
Astel gets clipped more and repeats these things more often, nothing in this clip isn't something that he hasn't said before though some are the opposite viewpoint like chasing female viewers instead of males.

I think because it’s such a difficult subject to them? I remember another clip where when Astel did bring up topics like how they can attract more viewers, they all quickly just leave the call one after one. I think it’s just a hard thing to admit that they have to improve themselves and not just management and Astel is probably the only one that realizes that.
