There was a talk by a homo, actually, that was very eye opening in this sense. It was Astel. He was saying that he was actually glad about having less opportunities like not having a paid live and not being on countdown live and stuff like that, because he felt like he was just being given stuff in exchange for nothing. That while he was griding his ass off, he was not yet producing results that justify the benefits he was receiving, and that he doesn't feel like this is how idols should be. That he believes that idols should fight to prove their worth, and receive only that.
