Huge jiggling boobs, skimpy outfits, high heeled geisha shoes would merely be part of that character design but a vtuber is very much connected to one specific person. The Ina model will never be used by anyone else and the same goes for Kronii. They will spend years playing the role of that character while talking with thousands of fans on a live YouTube chat. If they don't want to be lewd vtubers their is good reason why they would hate their current designs.
This has been a recurring issue even on the Holostars side. Astel got a stealth outfit redesign, Aruran got a 2.0 design that made him much younger, and Shinri got a sweater toggle for his default outfit. What is confusing is that Cover knows how many talents hate the lack of control but they didn't make any changes to their design policy until 2023 when Advent was able to give creative input on their designs.
