In essence, it was basically "child-coded talking normally about normal things but whispering as a special thing for the audience" stream. It would be much different if Evil was more inclined to say something particularly perverted, risque, or had additional noises that wasn't seen in other streams / controlled panning of her voice but... She didn't. It was quite literally just her voice just... more muted.

Past bed-time or it being night time, camping-themed (like I said earlier), sickness, etc are quite a bit of reasons why someone would stream themselves whispering as well.
