Even Hololive almost imploded early on because of Youtube changes, so they stepped back a bit and tried to make a solid base for income generation to grow from, mainly concerts and limited merch for said concerts. Phase Connect did the same, both with concerts and the coffee stuff.
FTW will likely have to face similar decisions in the near future if they have any hope of growing at a stable rate, especially when they are pushing for a new gen right now with the auditions.
