>>109540944Idk man, I feel like there's some fundamental issues with the business model in general that just make it impossible for a traditional agency to function well in most cases. Like, your money comes from skimming a bit from a group of streamers and for all but the biggest streamers that is a tiny amount compared to what it takes for a company to run. To make matters worse, every vtuber you debut is a pretty big initial investment that will take a long time for them to pay back, and many are just going to use your company as a stepping stone and bail as soon as they get a better opportunity elsewhere, often before they've even paid that back.
Talent-run companies like VAllure or VDere are the only ones where I think it actually does kind of make sense since it's more positioned as a means for the streamers to promote themselves, rather than an outside entity that needs to leech off the streamers to survive.
