As for Ina over the years it has been noticeable that she never liked her skimpy default outfit (tiny skirt, boob window, open back, high heeled geisha shoes). The highly sexualized design might help with merch sales but several of the early EN gen talents clearly did want something closer to Gura or Mumei.
Advent and Justice were the first gens to have creative input and it's noticeable how extremely sexualized designs, like Ina and Kronii, vanished with the recent gens. Fuwawa is sexy but her shoulders are covered, she has an optional jacket, and has reasonable shoes. EN sexy designs went from sleazy harem anime to designs more typical of Shonen anime.
