phase is weirdly tough on what model they make you come in with to a degree, but with later outfits cave pretty quickly.
Pippa got shippa she always wanted, Shiina got crab and banana, Lia literally got a revamp in her base design, then 60s and a gothic lolita (though sakana was probably less against those than some others).
Panko got mob boss and casual....
I could go on, but the point is, hitting goals doesn't force more control onto any talents, its always given them more leeway, which means any outfits Sleepy gets will be more to her style than not or even her base. its only a matter of how long it'll take her to earn one or save up for one.
