At this point, anyone into English-speaking vtubers outside of Hololive definitely knows about Pippa and probably knows about Lumi - unless they do/say something extremely noteworthy and stay in their lane, nobody is going to care, as you either like the kind of people they are or want absolutely nothing to do with them.
Tenma, although reactionary, is hardly a yab machine, especially these days. She hates dramafags and is probably the one with the most mainstream potential in Phase. Don't watch her personally but don't have anything against her.
Apart from the fact that she shills herself mercilessly and her fans are extremely obnoxious here, Panko seems pretty inoffensive on the surface. Anons here swear she's connected to BVTM and whatnot, I wouldn't know.
The rest of them are simply too niche to have any kind of traction outside of the occasional catalog thread no matter what they do. Even Lia. People outside of this place simply do not give a fuck.
