>>15082355She destroys hololive's kayfabe. Hololive is pretty much the quintessential cute girls do cute things media at the moment, and that's what people are watching it for, that's who Hololive got a huge chunk of audience from, to the detriment of seasonal CGdCT anime. bringing non-mob character males into that form of entertainment is utterly haram, it destroys the genre, hence destroying what fans enjoy about Hololive. the male character becomes the 'protagonist' for the mostly male fanbase, becoming a soft harem anime, and if they are an outsider it is often too hard to identify with them, and so it triggers NTR instincts, which push most people away.
Those who nonetheless still choose to interact with males must either have the personal reputation and respect built up to withstand it (like Fubuki, Sora), or be professional in their demeanor (Calli, Suisei), and be discerning in who they choose, how 'safe' it is. Even then, those interactions will halve your fanbase watching it at the least, even for EN.
Ollie comes off as thirsty in her interactions, and she is certainly not discerning, so she just comes off as a YAB magnet who is just as likely to get another talent's fanbase pissed at them as she is to help them, and she has done it before, which should give her some pause for the trouble she caused her colleagues... but it doesn't.
