1. The collab wasn’t on her channel. She didn’t even have a schedule out while this collab went down.
2. The collab was not her idea. Mori has been pretty open so far that she’s the one who’s organized the collabs.
3. She did not do one single thing in that collab that personally disrespects her fans or audience. This is NOT like Ina in the past, who on Mori’s channel DID disrespect her own audience by essentially implying they were losers.
4. There is literally nothing wrong with collabing with a male, especially one that’s in your own company and has already been vetted and spoken to before even streaming.
5. The piece that’s most important of all: She flat out told her community that she would be okay collabing with the males, though she won’t actively seek it out. The fans KNEW she was perfectly okay with it, weeks before it ever happened.
Knowing all of that, it’s not Kronii’s fault or issue that her own fans sought out the stream and got offended by it. It wasn’t HER content. She didn’t force it on anyone and did not even tell a single soul to come watch. The most she did was retweet the stream, and what does that do? Spawn a fucking wall of parasocial fucks who went hard on her for the collab because they want CGDCT, without any consideration of every piece of context laid out prior to this. They only gave a fuck about what THEY felt and what was that? Being offended because she had fun with a male in the collab. “Respecting your audience” gets thrown out the fucking window here because she took every step correctly that WOULDN’T warrant backlash, it was her fans that reached for it and made it problematic for her. And for what? To dehumanize the boys who do solo streams 10 times a week, collab only amongst themselves 99% of the time and actively tell people not to make the girls uncomfortable? All that we’ve gotten out of this now are people even more cautious about the boys and talents who don’t want to lose a portion of their fans out of fear of retaliation
