Aqua was going to quit like 2 years ago, but was convinced by startend to stay longer. She was just tired of the grind and wanted to just do stuff when she feels like it.
Ame felt like she just has issues with bureaucracy.
Chloe seemed like it was mostly health issues and didnt want to leave fans in limbo. I know she had throat surgery recently and is recovering now.
Fauna was kinda the odd one out, just seems like she wanted to go indie and not deal with corpo stuff
Shion was similar to Aqua where it wasn't really a suprise with how often she would disappear. She did give a wierd comment about being told streaming wasn't a real job which made some thing it was some outside pressure since she has been in hololive basically out high school.
Mumei seems mostly the health issues based on how she said she can't do what she wants to do in hololive because of it and like Chloe doesn't want to keep fans in limbo forever.
