I'm sure she didn't "vibe" with a lot of the stuff NijiEN would be doing internally (shittalking livers outside the clique, shitting on Hololive etc).
It's also possible that she was the first ever liver to openly (yet internally) shit on certain things that management does wrong. I think the main clique of Enna, Elira etc. have escaped management scrutiny by just bowing their heads, apologizing and then doing the same shit 2 weeks later. Hell Enna actually admitted to this on stream.
It's possible that they rapped on Zaion for her initial VOD privating spree, but instead of doing the usual routine of lowering her head in front of management and then resuming the same shit later, she could have stood up to them and pointed out how other livers were getting away with it.
This would naturally antagonize EVERYONE inside the company, because the livers just want to keep the system going where they can get away with stuff without management attention, and management would naturally be furious about someone pointing out their retardation.
I could see how her wavemates and senpais would have tried to talk to her and tell her how they ran things, and perhaps she tried to follow how they did things, but at the same time management scrutiny would be bigger because she pointed out how the livers were running things.
Enna recently pointed out how she was under watch for a lot longer than previous occasions so she was lying low for a longer period. Meanwhile Zaion wouldn't know to increase inconspicuousness, and thanks to standing out already, all of HER fuck ups would be under management purview.
This would naturally build antagonism from her, eventually giving them an excuse to suspend her and shit on her for the humiliation she caused. Leading to the scenario described above.
I can see how everyone within NijiEN would be angry and disappointed in her, since something like this would naturally cause management to tighten the leash on everyone else and annoy all of them. Kotoka even highlighted this by saying how things will not be the same anymore after saying she can't wish Zaion good luck for the future.
