Dodging responsibility is not a virtue in the West and it makes you look stupid and immature, not smart and clever. Luwud never changes his behavior not because he is a struggler on a Sigma journey, but because he's basically an emotionally stunted teenage girl who can't learn. You see this drama-seeking behavior in all of Sakana's most loyal male hires and they all repeat the same cycle of guilting and browbeating the girls into silence and blaming /pcg/ for making things up. They make it exhausting to talk to them about it rather than ever apologizing or improving.
