First thing to remember is she is a woman. Naturally she will cosplay anyone popular for attention.
The outcome of doing a cosplay of someone is either its popular or not popular.
If it not popular, she drops it and moves on.
If it is popular, then she gets clout with that streamer.
However, you can't just infinitely cosplay someone. And once she gets that attention she doesn't want to give it up.
This causes resentment and envy, which manifests in typical women passive-aggressiveness.
Over time, this damages the relationship between her and the streamer and of course being women it ends in some stupid drama.
So inevitably, she breaks off and moves on to another streamer.
From the outside, it looks like shes "cosplaying people she wants to hurt" but the reality is she is just a narcissistic person and this is a natural result of female online social interaction.
