So they're basically giving up 1/2 their income and getting nothing in return. The corporation does nothing for them. They can just quit and double their income overnight.
That's why it's bizarre that Scarle is staying.
50/50 cut is retarded btw. That isn't some well-calculated quantity that was derived through economic logic. That's like spitballing, "ahh 50/50 sounds good". Vtubers who rely mostly on superchat would be absolutely foolish to accept that cut.
