-Good, unique content that you properly bring attention to (YouTube!!)
-Good voice and/or talent speaking + consistency & streams a lot
-Horny baiting (model, stream personality or ASMR content)
-Very good, proper networking (you still need to be entertaining at least a little)
-Super luck (like that one JP chuuba who got viral screaming at her League of Legends team)
Pick one of these and if you pull it off properly I believe hitting partner in a year is doable. Doing any of these without proper stream experience will most likely not work, that's why you see a lot of people reincarnate from their first life. In the next life, you already know what it's like being a streamer, and you have the 'fresh face' buff to help ramp your growth.
