>>57155639It's not unviable. There are lots of english-speaking male content creators out there who are not narcissistic and would love to stay in their lane if they're accepted into Holostars. There are three real lessons to be learned here:
>1.Find the right person to hire the talents especially for the first generation of a branch. Magni and Vesper left because they were hired by that shithead omega and they cant adapt to the new regime. Wrong hires can damage the brand even long after the showrunner had changed.
>2.Dont rush, plan Ahead. It's obvious the models are made in a hurry to chase after Luxiem money and their ugliness ended up playing an important role in the graduations. Cover twiddling their thumbs and letting Nijisanji take first dibs on the male EN market was an error in retrospect and hurrying Tempus out was their second blunder. Take this lesson and don't spend too long on that HoloKR or HoloES or whatever it is you're planning, Yagoo.
But the most important and obvious advice for the future of Holostars is one that can be easily misconstrued for anti posting:
>3.Stars and Live are poisonous to each other.Separate the Stars from Hololive. Rebrand them and make them their own company, even. Homobeggars think stars will die without Cover money, but this is a necessary foundation for their future. Develop their own culture, let them be free and unburdened from the masses who watch the girls. They may not have the money or the studio but they will be KINO plus they can harvest femunicorn money easily when no girls are in sight.
Besides, their numbers are in the shitter already. I seriously dont think their viewership will change much if they lose the blue dorito logo. They got nothing to lose and all to gain from rebranding.
