>>69206509>From what I understood, since I am keeping almost everyone at an arm's length at this point, for my own image, they want to effectively speak to their friends about "their truth", so that a grassroot, coordinated pushback turns public sentiment around. This is not possible for any of you to do on your own and I know you guys are at the forefront of doing public relations and etc. for yourself and cultivating your own brand and fanbase, but there is a reason why there is a market for dedicated PR firms that Fortune 500 companies pay 8 figures sums just to consult with for any coordinated marketing push. And it doesn't even work once people have already seen enough independent sources and thought about things. Look at how much money tobacco companies and oil/gas companies have spent trying to turn around their image when we know what damage they have done to society.
>The discussion on discord is infantile, with several livers providing absurd suggestions, and engaging in asinine thought experiments about how they can turn sentiment around. Sounds about correct, I am surprised central hasn't put a stop to the secret discord server and see above about how futile the effort is.
>From what I gather, a recently graduated liver will lay the groundwork, since they would be bound only by the non-disparagement agreement, and the non-disclosure agreement, allowing them to provide information about certain topics with no particular risk. Other graduated and terminated livers have refused (thus far) to engage, because they may or may not be signed with other agencies.I am not going to name anyone and speculate here who this someone is but unless they are going indie and never want to get hired by any Vtubing company ever again, the consequences of that are pretty high.
>One particular liver stated that if that are going to go through with this, they would have to go through proper channels, and everyone else fell in line. Why would central try and push a narrative you guys made when they are already doing an internal investigation? Think about it rationally. There is no reason at all to accept anything there and it could actually be used as evidence in said investigation.
>The PR managers that have been effectively tutoring us have been very kind and professional, I did not get the sense of impending doom,Yes, they are like that up until the point where they have to execute their primary job which is to protect the company at all costs and you guys will be thrown under the bus. If there is misappropriation/embezzlement involved, it's going to be even worse because public securities law is no joke.
>the branch will be restructured once the personnel that Nijisanji is looking for gets hired and orientated. This sounds about right as Riku has to protect overseas expansion of the company at all costs so the stock doesn't tank. I hope for you and everyone else there that he doesn't lowball salaries because if he even thinks he can lowball wages for something like this compared to the job postings we've seen posted online, it's going to be hell and I don't think the smaller problems will be rectified like investment amounts and opportunities.
