These are the top "firing list" contenders
Position 1: Kyo
Drama Level -- 9/10
Income -- Low
Popularity -- Medium
>Summary: Downside greatly outweighs the upside.
Firing this guy should be common sense. The fact he is still with the company is beyond belief. It's literally because of nepotism and pity points.
Position 2: Enna
Drama Level -- 8/10
Income -- Low
Popularity -- High
>Summary: Downside outweighs the upside.
There are some benefits to keeping Enna, but the downside outweighs them. Overall her original music anything special. She has basically existed as a leech on the Luxiem audience, she brings nothing new to the company while creating a massive reputational hazard. She is Gundou but somehow even worse.
Position 3: Luca
Drama Level -- 10/10
Income -- High
Popularity -- High
>Summary: In the long term, the downside outweighs the upside
It's hard to fire Luca because of his numbers, but long term you wish you did. His exploits flirting with the girls have done so much damage to the branch that it will never recover at this rate. In the long term this reputational damage could crack and destroy the entire branch altogether. He needs to go.
Position 4: Aia/Aster/Ver (the low viewer brigade)
Drama Level -- 4/10
Income -- Low
Popularity -- Low
>Summary: Not really worth keeping in a financial sense.
These vtubers are such abject failures, they contribute virtually nothing while clogging the line for 3D and other benefits. They do a minor amount of damage to reputation; like Aia being openly a whore, Aster being a faggot, and Ver being a creep. It's not enough to hurt badly, but it's enough of an excuse to get rid of them. They also clog up zatsu streams and collabs when more interesting people could be there
Position 5: Zali/Kotoka/Meloco (the ESL brigade)
Drama Level -- 2/10
Income -- Low
Popularity -- Low
>Summary: They contribute nothing to the branch, but it might be more drama than it's worth to get rid of them
These vtubers shouldn't have been hired in the first place because they don't speak English fluently nor do they stream in English largely. The only reason not to get rid of them is because the firing process might create more drama than they are worth (which is very little). Getting rid of these clowns should be at the back of everyone's mind though.
