The biggest red flag with NijiEN is that management will engage in full on smear tactics when they fire someone and half their employees will join in on that to prove their loyalty. Nijisanji management has allowed the EN branch to become absurdly toxic that I feel bad for livers such as Pomu. Have no idea if NijiEN can be saved when they have a crab bucket mentality and that will only get wose as they release more waves.

The best they could do is completely rehaul their management system, get rid of the stupid japanese permissions autism, and stop debuting anyone new for a couple years at least. Maybe they threatened to terminate Magni and Vesper threatened to quit if they did (or the other way around), and management knows that losing both of them publicly like that would irreparably damage the branch's reputation (and possibly the entire company's, which is really bad seeing as they're in a pretty damn good place right now as PR goes). If this is what happened, it's likely that management has spent the last month trying to negotiate some kind of deal that lets them save face while also enforcing the rules (which, in this scenario, is really not possible).

Poor Luna gets her artwork removed from some group artwork for conventions in a mix-up of instructions, causing damage to ripple a bit further after. The RM now streams regularly under two different personas.

To top it off the fans are schizos that idolize the company over supporting the talents, will turn on you and doxx and shame you the very next day if you get terminated.
There is some good about it at the end of the tunnel but the blackness is too strong to bother.
