Faura got into fights with management and Kronii loves her manager and saw what Fauna did as harassment. Fauna doesn't think what she did was that bad but Kronii is not ready to forgive her, and regardless getting on the bad side of management at a Japanese corpo must be really terrible. Probably a similar thing happened with Vesper after he got suspended after screaming at management. Whether there is some romantic bullshit going on is besides the point.

$##@ was the one who got LL into ASMR and since $##@ is no longer in her life it probably reminds her of $##@ and it was tainted as a result. Who knows how many business decisions and Fauna's persona itself were influenced by $##@ acting as her manager, who told her to apply for holo EN? I have two Rats:
- the manager that Fauna fought with is beloved by Promise, likely this manager is in Japan so Bae, Kronii and Irys are more likely to run into them as oppose to Mumei and Fauna; the other Promise likely think Fauna was in the wrong
- Promise found out that Fauna was leaving and trying to convince Gura to go with her; that's why Advent and Justice are less affected than Promise by this choice; also Promise helped Myth built EN and know what pushing someone as big as Gura to leave would do. Mumei is closer to Gura outside of Fauna so Mumei won't be as upset by whatever Gura wanted to do

Look unless you're telling me that cover refused to switch Fauna's manager when she announced her graduation, which I'm having trouble seeing, anyone blaming her graduating on issues with her direct manager is retarded.
Plus as I've said before, unless management is literally fucking her cat I don't see how she, uniquely, is unable to work through her problems with management that everyone else is seemingly able to navigate without wanting to quit

Fauna didn't join the server because she's a goody two shoes and waited for manager approval and her manager got pissed that she went above them and told her to not play on the server, which in turn had her get "sick" for a few days so she didn't have an excuse as to why she's not streaming the server anymore
