So it feels like whenever a new gen is about to debut, a manager shuffle occurs.
Problem is that inexperienced managers go to experienced talents causing clashes. This is probably why Fauna has such a shitty manager and if a talent doesn't lash out and be confrontational on top of a language barrier, they're shit out of luck. Maybe Cover will never change this practice and the manager rng will constantly occur....
Maybe I should just expect more Fauna-like graduations in the future because at some point, JP corpo autism is in-grained into JP culture. Guess I'm now at the acceptance stage, saplings.
