I can kinda see her getting a slow and steady growth actually, but one of the things that helped Fauna quite a bit to create her core fanbase was that she was, for many days even weeks at times, the only HoloEN streaming, it might not seem like much but Fauna having little competition in the EN audience was key to be where she is now. But regarding CC now she is competing with her fellow Justice members, Advent AND the leftovers of myth and council, and she doesn't then she's left with the awful euro hours.

Maybe she's lazy or has a bad manager, I do believe she has the talent to be one of the biggest EN streamers but talent enough ain't gonna cut it.

I wonder if at some point they started blocking even some normal more trigger based ASMR for no reason, I think most of the ones that girls do now are members only. I will say if I had to pick a "better" one out of the two, Fauna's was more complete, but Mumei's graduation was very good as well. I don't think Mumei ever used mocopi at her place so she might not even own it. And she could not 3D record while in Japan for FES, which is when they planned for Kanauru to help with the graduation concert, because either A) Cover fucked up on work visas again or B) Cover didn't feel the need for her to have a work visa. That's why she couldn't even use her work phone while there and had to have her manager or others post from it.

I would say overall the graduations are swinging 50/50 on being good or not.
Ame: unbelievably scuffed but at least still genuine
Fauna: pretty much perfect
Mumei: great, especially given the circumstances. Most "idol" like
Gura: adequate for a random corpo vtuber. Not grand enough for the biggest vtuber. If it was her choice to keep it short and just perform songs she's already sung, then it's alright because she just wanted to GTFO. If Cover didn't feel the need to get perms for her to have a bigger performance, then fuck them.

Don't watch Fauna and Mumei so I can't speak on that but Marine and Pekora complained about projects being denied, not being ready but not released. Pekora specifically bitched that another talent was allowed to do something similar but not her, which from management's perspective is probably exactly the reason why they said no.
There was no other talent whining on steam because they don't like the way their voice was mixed, usually they just hire a new mixer. I'm not sure if Gura was lazy, but definitely incompetent. Could be a bad manager issue too, but other girls had their managers replaced, so she's incompetent for not doing that too.

It's just the small instances of management not giving a fuck about actually managing them, small enough that they can mention them, but then you look at other projects that got delayed or never saw the light of day, and it's only a wonder how bad it truly was. Fauna basically couldn't rely on her for manager to do anything for like a year, they were more of a hindrance than help.
