We know branch and event are distinct because during the first day of enreco advent a meeting with some manager.
You can request a manager change (Kiara did) but some girls don't (IRyS got lucky omega was removed).
This is why some girls are happy and others, like Ame and Fauna are not. Kiara and Shiori, if they have a problem, fight back.
Of course enjoying the idol journey and Japan helps, but as Shiori said, if she doesn't want to do it she just doesn't.
I mean, look at Nerissa and now ERB. They record voice packs only in JP, halving the work they have to do.

The more I think about it, the more I think Fauna had a bad personal manager, and she soldiered through it until she stopped.
Could have Cover known? maybe, but if Fauna never spoke up how is cover supposed to know?
Of course maybe they knew and did nothing to fix it, like we know Kronii had staff issues multiple times with her outfits.
It's also a matter of ambition, I guess. Girls like Kiara, Mori, Bae, are more than game streamers, they want to be more.
Advent would rather kill than go back to being the failures they were. Justice has at least 2 pros who know how to deal with real life work, even if it was in the arts field.
Fauna was tired of dealing with a shit manager and called it quits.
The only thing that I have to figure out is why she didn't took the affiliate path. It seems an all around win for everyone.
Maybe there was a single big event that made her quit.
