That aside tho, the biggest issue is her completely useless, incompetent, even more passive manager. If only she got someone who actually cared 1% to work on her, she would push herself, because she isn't a type to complain and fight back, and she would understand it's good for her in the long run. Wouldn't be as active as the biggest hard workers around, sure, but she would get out of her comfort zone if she had manager supporting her and helping her with projects she could handle. She doesn't have one tho, she is completely on her own, and since she is doing pretty well already (good supas, one of the best merch sales in EN, high viewership), she prioritizes not stressing herself over taking on projects she isn't confident in. She NEEDS someone from management to push her in the right direction, instead she has someone who doesn't watch her streams, doesn't bother to shill her bday merch when she is sick, or even organize perms like Hardcore Minecraft or Dark Souls in time.
