It's absurdly obvious that there is a massive issue in Hololive that extends far beyond just management. It's been obvious that there is bad blood between various members and Fauna is leaving primarily because she can't get along with everyone, which makes her job miserable.
You don't need to look any further than Kronii, her genmate with whom she must interact as a result, but that snake is incredibly petty and likes to pretend she doesn't exist. It's not like Fauna doesn't want to mend their relationship, but she's effectively talking to a wall.
