The answer I think is actually pretty simple.
Nimi’s bf was an employee at VShojo and thus his relationship status, and his attempts to get her to poach holos for him, could be revealed in the potential leak. And it just so happened that Saba and Dooby, upon realizing who Mr Nightmare is, either because Nimi told them in confidence or because a third party revealed it to them, were disgusted and betrayed. Because he’s a scumbag who actively worked against them both at hololive and at VShojo. And because it became obvious that Nimi was actively trying to get them and other holos to quit and go indie/join VShojo at his behest, Saba and Dooby both agreed to cut the snake out of there lives.
tldr; Mr Nightmare is actually Omega. It’s not just a rrat.
