The common language spoken in Bavaria and northern Austria, especially in cities, is practically standard German, but with a distinct accent and a few grammatical quirks, idioms etc. imported from the dialect. In terms of English, I'd compare it to something like Geordie.
Kiara's German sounds weird, but it doesn't sound very Austrian. There are some dead giveaways like failing to distinguish /z/ and /s/, but her vowels are clear Standard German. If anything, she always sounds like she is overenunciating. She sounds like someone who hasn't spoken German for twenty years.
