One day the applications are going to open again, one day HoloStars EN will be a thing, one day you will have the opportunity to take a shot and this one shot is what matters.
Let's pretend we have a chance, how do we heigthen it to make sure we get a sweet spot? What disciplines do we need to excel in? Below's a starting list that lacks resources right now.
>Speech
Intonation, speed, personality and clarity. Additionally languages and accent-free speech for ESL-chamas.
>Singing
Holding a pitch well and having rythmn. You won't get around it, you need to be able to sing. This and social skills are the only two that need other people to practice with.
>Social Competeny
Collabs are a thing. Social skills are essential. There's a need for understanding 1) the rythmn of a conversation 2) crowd managment to keep the viewers glued to their seats.
>Technical Know-how
How OBS works. How audio works. How video works. How to create thumbnails. How youtube works. How to handle it when problems arise.
>Talent
For Holos it's either drawing, singing, comedic genius or speaking many languages fluently. If you can't bring anything to the table and don't excel in any of these, won't make it.
>Niche to fill in
Why click on your channel if there's others too. There needs to be a unique thing only you offer (and it's never personality).
>Character concept and PC
Probably the easiest of all of these.
What do you think, /vt/? Are you gonna make it, anon? Will you try your best?
