>>106186087The word "woke" doesn't even have any meaning anymore. It's just a vague pejorative at this point. It went from being civil rights slogan back in the 60s, to the sarcastic jab at virtue signalers trying to find bigotry where there isn't any in the 2010s, to now being literally anyone that diverse and acknowledges the very existence of history and oppression post-2020. We need to bring back the word tokenism when referring to virtue signaling. It's very clear and cannot be nearly as easily weaponized like the word woke. Even Malcom X used that term, so it has historical legitimacy.
