I'm pretty sure she knows Mococo doesn't like the "Marco Juan" memes and kinda acted hostile by calling her Mango Jam and an it, impossible to miss for Moco-chan. Shiori making an easy flat joke wasn't really the whole of it but if Moco-chan was already feeling largely disrespected it'd be all it took to push her over, whether it was serious or not (clearly not serious).
I hope Fuwawa and Mococo made up
