Everyone is lacking in experience and willing to learn.
Always try to sell yourself on what you do know and come off as experience even when you aren't.
Try to reframe what experience you do have instead. So if you worked in group projects during university say that you have experience working on agile projects with multicultural teams and maybe go slightly into some of the challenges of that (e.g you set up a weekly or bi-weekly status update meeting to make sure everyone was making progress and able to assist each other where required).
