if a very eager kadet were to livepost on cooldown and made up 100 posts of a thread it wouldn't be spam, because its intent is to contribute to the thread and it's on-topic. similarly if somebody posts 100 images in a thread made to post images of a specific vtuber in, that by itself is not spam.
on the other hand trying to get the thread to bump limit by filling it with chatgpt posts IS spam, and so is mass-replying for attention, or doing the same for image limit. in essence it has to be not only malicious but also disruptive to the topic of the thread.
so if he starts replying to everyone it's spam, if he starts ranting and raving about women or japan or politics or whatever it's spam (and also offtopic), but if it's all about en it depends on the context. if he's doing it on cooldown while others are trying to livepost it is, for example.
