I completely forgot about that. Basically Chat asked her why Fauna wasn't in Pekora's hardcore Minecraft event and Fauna proceeded to tell them it was because Pekora and management weren't replying to her to get her whitelisted on the server.
Kiara heard about it through her chat, asked Pekora directly to whitelist her. And the Fauna proceeded to ignore everyone in her chat who mentioned it.
In retrospect that entire episode makes sense now.
