The thing is, though, KFP who reach that stage are already dead and fried up so effectively nothing happens other than their flesh being consumed once without repercussions.
They also get some cantrip level control over flames, like being able to turn on a gas stovetop, but not much other than that.
Three year old members are strong enough to wear armor, though, so that implies an increase of physical prowess eventually.
