It genuinely depends who you're talking about, the main thing corpo provides is a safety net because your revenue remains (relatively) consistent because unless you get cucked like id/kr, you are 100% guaranteed to get money through sponsorships and the like just by merit of being associated with a company. Plus their base salary but we have 0 information about that other than the fact that it exists because iirc someone in denauth mentioned getting paychecks before debuting. If you can do without that safety net then great, those who can most likely do make more money atm, but the benefit of being in Nijisanji isn't to maximize your success at every second, it's just the publicity and opportunities to take part in big events like nijifes and conventions and even live concerts sometimes. And a stable job instead of a potentially volatile one
