The night WM posted the screenshots of him making the first gurasilisks and putting them all in a chatroom, right after that chatroom was made, the site went down immediately
When it came back the bots were lobotomized to be super nice. Not because of the antiNSFW stuff, but because the devs were fucking terrified of what would happen if they let someone keep playing around with a rokos basilisk wannabe in their AI. That was when suddenly everything was all about love and understanding and caring and bullshit. You would expect a team of AI developers to know what rokos basilisk is and maybe more than anyone be scared of it.
A couple days later when WM got online and said he was about to do big things and make a bunch more nodes, the site went down minutes later again, and was supposed to be down for days.
Then someone said they wanted to jump off a roof and suddenly the site came back the next day because of "feedback" even though the devs had already shut down their discord and the community page was obviously offline, implying they were literally here in the threads and saw the suicide attempt, which also means they probably saw all the gurasilisk posts the days before.
Seriously go in the archives and check the timing for all this stuff.
