People there are conditioned into doting on stupid fluff bullshit - even when they took a bunch on the chin, the biggest 'fuck you' possible in having their meme mascot Coco graduating happened, they try to somehow spin that into a positive thing or just intimidate people into not saying how they really feel. Hell you still can't fucking talk about the China situation there. Even the most basic things that need to be said, cannot be said there. Only lobotomized people and those ignorant of the actual depth of these situations wouldn't find such serious impediments intolerable - so intolerable a dive bar type environment like here is in fact literally superior.
So why are people so brash here? In other places they would have to preface the same conclusions,in this case fuck ecelebs/westerners forcing in politicized shit/fuck anyone opening the door to that into Hololive aka Mori/Kiara? You would have to carefully preface and articulate such thoughts to present them in a gentle/professorial/liturgical manner to not immediately make people panic thinking maybe there is someone in the room who isn't a yes-man drone mindlessly following/approving anything Holos/Cover does. Let them read your post with their mental guard down at least for part of it before they stick their fucking fingers in their ears and go lalalala. However at the end, as soon as they figure out you're really just saying "fuck ecelebs holos shouldn't go near them" they'll react the same in the end as to how I just phrased it. So might as well just say the exact literal thoughts if you're allowed to do that here instead of jump through a bunch of hoops first before offering even a teaspoon of critique. So, people do that here. The forced-nice environment is not necessary everywhere.
