For what it aims to be, it works well enough. It is written competently for the type of VN it is. However, as a story it isn't very good. It isn't dreadful, but the MC and the romantic lead don't have nearly enough time devoted to them for the story to work, Certain twists don't really work when you take account of what happened previously. The second THAT scene feels a bit excessive, due to both how it undermines the MC and is rather off-putting if you aren't into it. The character art was decent if you're into margo's style. With that said, her style is a poor fit for the type of media this is. Also no drawn backgrounds... how Tsukihime of her.
It isn't Y2K bad but it isn't anything special.
