Mei only resolved her fight with Ari after Zen went ahead and almost blew a giant hole in the XShojo sphere with her @everyone callout.
If anything, Mei has gotten Froggy as a friend and become more social in that circle. (Quite cynically, I might think Froggy is keeping Mei around as a way to pivot out of her friendship with Ari if things ever get too hot to handle in that regard)
