Kobo and Moona are obvious like you pointed out but I'd say most of the girls do either lean towards being like Kobo where they appeal to the SEA market, or like Moona where they'd bogged down by SEAisms. Like, Reine is fully fluent in english and clearly high class but she still has the attitude of a foreigner.
Zeta's unique because she's more of a white girl than most of the white talents.
