ID2's problem is nobody watches them (and Ollie is a terrible person), but in that they are just the equivalent of like a JP1. And a lot of people enjoy them in collab scenarios.
Kobo is terrible but if you get rid of her, you might as cut off all ID branding and merge the other members into JP and EN depending on their preference. I don't like Zeta as a person but she's the first ID to go the JP route and probably has fans. Kaela is the only ID that is actually remotely successful but her autism and refusal to learn Japanese does hinder any longterm growth.
