Because they attract attention to it, and people are aware of something big happening. If they said that merch is coming out of nowhere it would get lost in the traction. This also comes as a meh part from the Mousefags, I mean is a huge reason why the community is so dead in terms on that stuff, because both Mouse and her mods have pushed them here and I’m not saying this place shouldn’t have their own line of work, especially with how this weirdly happens in all of the board. So it isn’t the anon’s fault of posting it here for anonymity or not having another place to do it, but it is retarded that this place wants to be her community hub or where stuff comes.
