They're not in Hololive so they don't want to invest any attention to them. /vt/ was made specifically because Hololive Global was so fucking fast on /jp/ that it felt constrained, so the mod asked the thread if a board would be something they wanted. It's why Rule 1 exists, because it was workshopped by Hololive Global as a compromise when they were hesitant about moving.
Hololive Global also remains one of the fastest threads on the website (not just the board, but the entirety of 4chan). It's faster than all the other boards during major events and even during off-hours, it's still more active than a good chunk of them.
So when your literally-who oshi gets shat on in the catalog, it's rarely ever "hololive fans", because they couldn't care less about them. Ironmouse is included in these literally-who people, because not only is she a Twitch streamer (something nobody in the HoloEN fanbase cares about due to loathing Twitch enough to the point of forcing the cancellation of potential Twitch streams). These literally-whos extend to Vshoujo overall, Phase, Nijisanji, and all the other corpos not named Hololive, including Holostars.
