Of which this board was obviously founded/guided by a Holomod. There was no other scene with known mod guidance and interaction, this was pre phase pre nijiEN. he was presumably the same one known back from /jp/. It appears to me that he got busy with IRL shit or something, so, the last two years are what you get when you let randos who know nothing of the subject and super casuals attempt to run things. All schizos under the sun ran freely right under their noses and they had no idea what to do. The only good news is it seems the actually competent guy appears to have returned lately. I'm not claiming everything is good and fixed, far from it, but at least he is the one we needed this whole time and progress can be made or at least hoped for. Selenfag and ennacuck seem rare now, this guy seems to know what is wrong at least.
