Mori seems to have really regretted abandoning Kiara during their 1st/2nd year, and has on multiple occasions spoken about how Kiara had similar struggles to her own and that they could have helped each other to overcome them.
After all the drama with Mori in her PL that transferred into hololive that caused so many apologies, vacations, she probably looks on at shit like this

After Kiara struggled by herself and Mori decided to shut down takamori, Kiara ended up finding her footing in her 2nd year that has reinforced to Kiara that the only person she can rely on is herself due to her past issues with business only friends.
Now in the last year, we can see the culmination of Kiara's struggles and she became the organizational glue of HoloEN, similar to Fubuki in JP, one of the girls she idolized pre-hololive.
Mori's personality change this last year after Vesper and Magni abandoning the job is pretty obvious, and her candid talks this year has been a big evolutionary period for her, I don't doubt that she regrets soft killing TakaMori and just treating it like a forced thing from the company, she has a lot of feelings bundled up into it.
Not just Mori and Kiara, but I think we are all seeing the EN girls grow as long term content creators and what concessions they've decided to make for the job as opposed to people like Sana, Vesper and Magni who did not want to make concessions.
